I'm NICOLE WATERS, FOUNDER.
I’ve always been the loud one. The opinionated one. The one with big ideas and even bigger visions for what’s possible. And while that didn’t always fit neatly into the 9-5 world, it turns out—it was exactly what I needed to build The Mug.
I started this studio to help women show up unapologetically and confidently online. To create the kind of branding that stops people mid-scroll and makes them say “Ooooh, who’s that?”
Now, I get to spend my days helping bold, talented business owners (like you) become the brand people can’t ignore.
You know how people say 'stay in your lane'? I built my own damn highway.
This didn’t start with a fancy business plan or a team of designers. It started with me—working from a tiny desk, saying yes to every opportunity, and obsessing over how to make brands look as legit as the women behind them felt. I saw too many incredible entrepreneurs blending in when they were born to stand out, and I knew I could help change that.
