Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and access to the product has been provided.
Before purchasing, please carefully review the product description, included pages and features, software requirements, and any other details provided on the product page to make sure the template is the right fit for you.
Showit Subscription
Our website templates are designed for use with Showit and require an active Showit subscription to publish and maintain your website.
Your purchase from The Mug Creative does not include a Showit subscription, domain name, hosting outside of what may be provided through your Showit plan, third-party software, fonts, stock photography, or other services unless specifically stated on the product page.
Please make sure you understand the software requirements before purchasing.
Duplicate Purchases
Accidentally bought the same template twice? It happens.
If you believe you have made a duplicate purchase, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the order and, when appropriate, refund the duplicate transaction.
Technical Issues
If you’re experiencing an issue accessing your purchased template or digital files, please reach out to us. We’re happy to help troubleshoot issues related to the delivery or accessibility of your purchase.
Technical difficulties, lack of familiarity with Showit, or deciding that a template is no longer the right fit for your business do not qualify for a refund.
Template Compatibility
Our templates are created specifically for the platform and functionality described on each product page. We cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party applications, plugins, integrations, custom code, or future software updates outside of our control.

Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we have the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may result in the suspension of access to purchased products and any associated licenses, where permitted by applicable law.
